How to adopt an efficient search strategy


When doing a literature search in a bibliographic database, how do you make sure that you've found all existing documents on your topic?

In the video below, I'm explaining how to analyse your topic, come up with good keywords, and come up with an efficient search strategy.

In this example, I use the database PsycINFO through the platform EBSCOhost.

Citing Freud



Quoting from and referencing the work of Freud can be a little tricky because the works are available in various published editions and formats.


So I've put together a guide showing you exactly how to reference each version of Freud's work in Harvard Style (the "Cite Them Right" version, which I slightly modified so as to cover papers that have been re-published together later on, which is the case of most of Freud's work).
